Q - Where does your stock come from?
A - The laptops and tower systems we offer are good quality used ex-corporate units that large companies need to sell off when they upgrade the equipment that their staff use. Their upgrade process is a continual one, with most companies changing their laptops and systems every 2 to 6 years. Some companies have many thousands of units in service and all of these will be replaced periodically. This is not a fact that many people are aware of but it happens - week in week out.
 
To illustrate the process by which we obtain our stock, here is an example that you will probably be familiar with. Most people are aware of company cars, these are cars that companies provide to their employees either as a perk or as a tool to help them do their job. Every year or two the employee gets a new company car and the old car is sold off to a car dealer who will then sell it on to a member of the public. Well this doesn't just happen with cars. Companies continually upgrade a whole range of equipment from cars to computers and this is where we come in. Specifically, we buy their used laptops and PC's and resell them to people like you who are running their own businesses. We have continual access to hundreds of laptops and systems of many varied specifications, from older Pentium models right up to Pentium 4 and Centrino laptops.
 
The PC Accessories we offer ( printers, scanners, cameras, memory sticks and wireless kit etc. etc.) together with the consumables such as ink cartridges, laser toners and photo paper etc. These are all brand new products which are imported from the manufacturers overseas.

Q - What is Drop Shipping and how does it work?
A - Drop-Shipping is the name given to a way of selling products and delivering these to customers without you needing to purchase or hold any stock of your own. This minimises the investment you need to make when starting a new business. This method of trading allows you to advertise and sell our range of products at your own retail prices. When your customer pays you, you in turn order from us at the trade price and we deliver direct to your customers for you. The difference between the wholesale price we charge you and the retail price you have charged your customer is your profit to keep.

As an example, a basic Used Laptop costs you £38 to purchase from our wholesale list. You may decide to sell this to a customer for £99 + £12 for courier delivery through the website we produce for you. You pay us £38 (wholesale cost) + £12 (delivery cost)...& we deliver the laptop direct to your customer. You keep the balance of £61 as a profit on the sale you have just made. Remember...Your customer pays you the full amount in advance so you do not need to invest a penny of your own money in stock & we arrange courier delivery direct to your customers - so you have no delivery problems to worry about

Q - From making a payment, how long does it take to set up my online shop?
A - It normally takes between 2 and 5 working days to complete the design and upload process at our end. Part of the design and set-up process involves the setting up of your own PayPal account so that immediately your shop has been uploaded it is ready to process credit and debit card payments on your behalf. If you already have a PayPal account that's one less thing to do!

Q - What happens after I purchase the online shop start-up package?
A - Once we have processed your order we will send you a start-up pack by post. This pack contains a welcome letter that will guide you through the start up process and a simple web design questionnaire. The web design questionnaire asks questions that let you give us the basic details we need in order to design your shop for you. These include your name, contact details and your choice of domain name for the website etc. The questionnaire is straight forward and easy to complete and of course we are on hand to give you help and advice as you need it.

Whilst you are completing the questionnaire our web designer will be doing most of the design work on your new site. He will then complete the design using the information you give in the questionnaire. This means that your new site is completed and online within the shortest possible timescale.  

Q - When a customer buys something from my site, how am I paid my share?
A - When a customer places an order for goods, you will receive a copy of their order by email telling you what has been ordered and how much has been paid. From this figure you simply deduct the cost to you of the item(s) ordered together with the delivery charges due. This will leave you with a profit that you keep. The example below illustrates this.

1 - A Laptop costs you £38 to buy from us.
2 - You sell this on your site for £99 + delivery of £12
3 - Your customer pays you a total of £111 ( £99 + £12 )
4 - You then pay us £38 for the laptop & £12 for delivery, making the total you pay us £50
5 - We Drop-Ship the laptop direct to the customer on your behalf
6 - You keep the balance ( your profit ) of £61

Picture this happening over and over again and you quickly get an idea of the money you could earn.
Now factor in some Ink Cartridge, PC and Toner sales and you're looking at earning some serious money!

Q - How do I attract visitors to my site and what work is involved?
A - One of the easiest ways to attract visitors to your site is to list your site with internet search engines. This can be done free of charge on lots of search engines and only takes a few minutes per search engine. As part of the website set up process we will provide you with a comprehensive list of search engines so that you can begin getting your site listed.

We will also give you general help and advice on other traffic building activities such as banner exchange and affiliate schemes, email advertising, town & city portals, advertising on educational sites and how to use online auction sites to build high volumes of site traffic.

Please note - This is not a get rich quick scheme. You will need to do some work promoting your new business and the products you are selling so that you start to trade and your business starts to grow. This involves activities like running eBay auctions, promoting your site through search engines and answering customer emails etc. As with most things, the more work you put into your new business the more you will get out of it.

Q - Is there any more to pay?
A - The fee we charge covers all web site design and hosting, access to our stock and a drop shipping service for the first year. After the first year is up we hope that you will renew for a second year with us. On renewal you will be asked to pay for the next twelve months hosting, access to stock and drop shipping fees.

The only times we would ever ask you for an additional payment would be when you order stock to fulfil your customers orders or if you book an additional service not described as included free of charge within this business start-up package.
